The Group's principal activities are manufacture, distribution and re-cycling of batteries. It operates in 3 segments: Manufacturing and distribution; Industrial batteries and Re-cycling of batteries. Manufacturing and distribution includes automation for automobiles, trucks, motorcycles and installation of starter batteries (For new vehicles and replacements). Industrial batteries include commercialization and post sales services to industrial batteries like alternative electricity, UPS and solar systems. Recycling of batteries includes collection of used batteries for recycling and extraction of prime materials for re-introducing in the production process. The Group operates in Spain and Portugal.
