The Group's principal activities are development, distribution and marketing of computer software, end-user support, training and consultancy. It operates in three segments: Maintenance Contracts, License Income and Services. The Group's products are sold in the form of pre-packaged software solutions. The Group develops software for accounting, human resource management (HRM), customer relationship management (CRM), e-business and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The Group has developed back-office products such as payroll, accounting and logistics software packages. The Group also offers its customers consulting services and customized training courses. The Group operates in the Netherlands, the Americas, EMEA and APAC. In July 2008, the Group acquired AllLicense Holding B.V. and Orisoft in January 2009.
