The Group operates through five segments: Airbus (commercial aircraft); Defence and Security (missiles and missile systems, defence electronics, telecommunications and military combat aircraft and training); Eurocopter (civil and military helicopters and maintenance services); Astrium (satellites, orbital infrastructures and launchers, optronics and laser technology); Military Transport Aircraft (military transport aircrafts and special mission aircrafts). The Group operates worldwide.
