| The Group's principal activity is to provide maritime management services. Under its only segment of activity the Group provides tankers for shipping of crude oil. The Group's fleet consists of ships and crude oil tankers namely Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC), Suezmax and Aframax. The Group is an integrated owner, operator and manager of crude oil tankers. The Group operates by entering the market by chartering vessels from other owners and tonnage providers whilst maintaining a core fleet of owned or controlled tonnage. The Group's clients include as BP, Glencore, Petrobras, Sun Oil, Total Valero and Vitol. The Group operates through its subsidiaries Euronav Ship Management SA, Euronava SAS and Euronav Ship Management (Hellas). The Group operates mainly in Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, France and Hong Kong. |
