| The Group's principal activity is the wholesale distribution of IT products, hardware, software, value-added services and consumer electronics in Italy and Spain with about 40,000 resellers. It operates in three business areas, Business to Business Distribution, Business to Consumer Distribution and Distribution of Microelectronic Components. Business to Business Distribution includes branded products and services supplied by more than 500 technology manufactures, such as, Acer, Asus, Cisco, Canon, Epson, Fujitsu-s, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Xerox. Business to Consumer Distribution includes distribution of its products to private consumers. Distribution of Microelectronic Components includes distribution of semiconductors, passive components, connections, displays and sub-systems for industrial applications. |
