It leases individual developed areas (sites or pads) with access to utilities for placement of factory built homes or recreational vehicles. The Group's properties are located in Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Delaware, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Virginia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Montana, New Mexico, New York and British Columbia. The operations of the Group are conducted primarily through MHC Operating Limited Partnership. On 31-Mar-2008, the Group owns interest in 313 quality properties in 28 states and British Columbia consisting of 112,841 sites. |
