| The Group's principal activity is to provide a range of midstream energy services. The operations of the Group are conducted through two business segments Investment in Enterprise Products Partners and Investment in TEPPCO. Enterprise Products Partners is a publicly traded North American midstream energy company providing a wide range of services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, and certain petrochemicals. TEPPCO is North American midstream energy company that owns and operates (i) refined products, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), petrochemical and NGL pipelines; (ii) natural gas gathering systems; and (iii) a marine transportation system. |
