The Group's principal activity is to develop its helium and carbon dioxide project in eastern Arizona/western New Mexico. It also produces crude oil and natural gas including enhanced oil recovery projects, in the Permian Basin in eastern New Mexico and West Texas. The Group is in its development stage and controls approximately 250,714 gross acres of land within the St Johns Helium/CO2 field in Arizona and New Mexico.
