| The Group's principal activity is to develop enterprise software solutions for a variety of vertical markets. It also provides computerized information systems for public and private transportation companies. It has two business segments, the Syntellect Division and the Asset Management Division, each of which addresses specific vertical markets. The Syntellect Division serves the customer service market segment through the provision of interactive voice response systems and speech and voice recognition solutions as well as an advanced contact center platform that manages multi-channel customer interactions. The Asset Management Division provides visual-based software solutions for the design and management of complex network infrastructures to telecommunications, utilities and oil and gas companies. The Group operates in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. On 02-Apr-2007, it acquired Ontria Communications. |
