| The Group's principal activities are to market natural gas and electricity to residential customers and small to mid-sized commercial businesses. The Group is an open-ended, limited-purpose trust established to hold the securities and to distribute the income of its wholly owned subsidiary, Ontario Energy Savings Corporation. The customers of the Group include convenience stores, franchise restaurants and small manufacturers. The Group has operations in Ontario and Manitoba. On 24-May-2007, the Group acquired Just Energy Texas LP. |
