| The Group's principal activity is to design, develop and supply of a broad line of storage networking host bus adapters (HBAs), embedded storage switches, input/output controllers and intelligent network processors. HBAs products enable servers to connect to storage networks by offloading communication-processing tasks as information is delivered and sent to the storage network. Embedded storage switches and IOCs are deployed inside storage arrays, tape libraries and other storage appliances, delivering improved performance, reliability and storage connectivity. Intelligent network processors are deployed within fabric-based switches, storage application services modules, storage area network (SAN) appliances, storage bridges, and storage arrays. The Group operates in the United States, United Kingdom and India. On 01-May-2006, the Group acquired Aarohi Communications, Inc and in Oct 2006 the Company acquired Sierra Logic. |
