It operates a maritime transport business which includes rigging, supplying and shipping off through its own ships or another; establishes and explores navigation lines, shipping fleets; establishes maritime agencies within or outside local territory; purchases, sells and leases agricultural, cattle-raising, forestry and real estate properties; invests in, purchases and sells promissory notes, bonds and public limited company shares; constructs buildings and public works; purchases, urbanizes and sells land and other property assets and provides commission and agency services.
