Empresa Ferroviaria Andina SA (FCA SA) is a Bolivia-based multimodal transport operator (MTO). The Company's activities include the administration, promotion, commercialization and organization of the public rail transport, as well as the maintenance and management of public trains and railway infrastructure. The Company offers passenger, container, coal, agricultural products, minerals and mining products transportation services and cargo handling within destinations located in the Andean regions of the departments of La Paz, Oruro, Cochabamba, Chuquisaca and Potosi. As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s majority shareholder was Inversiones Bolivian Railways SA, with 50% of its interests.
