The Group's principal activities are to own and operate radio and publishing properties located primarily in the United States. It operates in two segments: Radio and Publishing. As of 28-Feb-2009, it owns and operates seven FM radio stations in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. It owns and operates fourteen FM and two AM radio stations in St. Louis, Austin (It has 50.1% controlling interest in its radio stations located), Indianapolis and Terre Haute, IN. In addition to its domestic radio properties, it operates an international radio business and publish several city and regional magazines. The Group is also engaged in various businesses ancillary to its broadcasting business, such as website design and development, consulting, broadcast tower leasing and operating a news information radio network in Indiana.
