AMR provides full range of emergency and non-emergency ambulance transport and related services. EmCare provides outsourced emergency department staffing and related management services in the United States.It operate in two segments: Healthcare Transportation Services and Emergency Management Services. Healthcare Transportation Services provides a full range of medical transportation services from basic patient transit to the most advanced emergency care and pre-hospital assistance. Emergency Management Services provides outsourced business services to hospitals primarily for emergency departments, urgent care centers and for certain inpatient departments. In 2008, the Group acquired River Medical Inc, Aldan Emergency Physicians PA, Clinical Partners PA & Templeton Readings LLC.
