The portfolio of fragrance brands include Arden fragrance brands, the Elizabeth Taylor fragrance brands, the Britney Spears fragrance brands, the men's fragrances, Geoffrey Beene's Grey Flannel and the Halston fragrance brands. The skin care products include moisturizers, creams, lotions, and cleansers. The cosmetics products include lipstick, mascaras, eye shadows and powder. The Group sells products to retailers, departmental stores and to independent fragrance, cosmetic, gift and other stores. The operations of the Group are carried in the United States and 90 countries around the world. On 11-Aug-2006, it acquired certain assets of Sovereign Sales, LLC. |
