The Group's principal activities are construction and civil engineering works. It operates in five segments: Construction and civil engineering, Public works, Multi technique installation, Metallic construction and Concessions. Construction includes building and property development, civil engineering and earthworks. Road Construction includes construction and maintenance and production of coatings and binding materials. Multi technique installations involve manufacture of electrical equipment and electrical contracting. Metallic Construction includes civil and mechanical engineering services for the petroleum and nuclear industries. Concessions include car parks, motorways and similar infrastructure. The Group operates in Belgium, Spain, Poland, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, Senegal and Nigeria. In 2008, the Group acquired Clemaessy et Crystal.
