Eden Inc. Berhad is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The Company operates in three segments: energy components segment operates power plant as an independent power producer; food, beverage (F&B) and tourism segment operates restaurant, catering, manufacturer of cakes and pastries and operating aquarium and related activities, and manufacturing segment produces and manufactures electrical and engineering parts. Other business segments include provision of corporate and management services and rental of property. The Company develops, operates and maintains the two power plants: Libaran Power Station and Kenerong Hydro Power Station. Its subsidiary, Time Era Sdn. Bhd is a producer and manufacturer of low-voltage switchgears and electrical components. On December 30, 2011, the Company disposed of its 100% interest in Eden Coffee Garden Sdn. Bhd.
