The Group's principal activities are divided into 4 business segments: Refining and Petrochemical, Exploration and Production, Supply and Trading and Transportation. It is involved in developing commercial or industrial activities corresponding or related to exploring, operating, refining, transporting, storing, distributing and marketing hydrocarbons and derivative products. Its production activities are organized into five administrative regions: the Northeastern Region, Mid-Magdalena Valley Region, Central Region, Catatumbo-Orinoquia Region and the Southern Region. It operates in Colombia and overseas.
