The Group's principal activity is to source, develop and trade carbon credits from greenhouse gas emission reduction project. It structures and guides greenhouse gas emission reduction projects through the project cycle, working with both project developers and buyers of carbon credits. The Group operates in two segments: Emission reductions and Consulting services. The emission reductions segment comprises Emission Reduction project activities where the Group contracts with project developers in order to acquire or sell Emission Reductions on its behalf or development activities where the Group develops its own interest in Emission Reduction projects as either lead project entity or as part of a collaboration. The consulting services segment provides Emission Reduction consulting services to commercial and governmental organisations. The Group operates in Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Africa.
