The Group's principal activities are to provide online brokerage and related products and services primarily to individual retail investors. It operates in two segments: Retail segment and Institutional segment. Retail segment offers a full suite of financial products and services to retail customers including brokerage and banking products. Institutional segment provides market-making activities which match buyers and sellers of securities from both the retail segment and unrelated third parties, often taking principal positions in these securities. It provides investing, trading, banking and lending products and services via website, over the phone and in person.
