It operates through three segments: Utility Solutions, Filtration and Test Segment. The utility Solution segment supplies special purpose communications systems for electric, gas and water utilities, including hardware and software to support advanced metering applications. The Filtration/Fluid Flow segment develops and manufactures a wide range of filtration products and supplies filters to the commercial aerospace and microfiltration market.The Test segment provides its customers with the ability to identify, measure and contain magnetic, electromagnetic and acoustic energy.
