The Group's principal activity are securities brokerage, asset management, investment banking, private equity and research. The Company's investment banking business specializes in advising on capital raising, mergers and acquisition transactions. Its Private Equity division manages six investment funds, in addition to its proprietary investments. The asset management business is comprised of domestic and regional funds, including pension funds and a range of offshore funds. The securities brokerage business consists of the Financial Brokerage Group and Hermes Securities Brokerage. The Group serves clients from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
