| The Group's principal activities are to provide investment management, portfolio management and administrative services. The Group is primarily a holding Company, which operates in four business segments: Wealth management, Real estate, Resources and Other investments. Wealth Management segment provides investment management, securities brokerage, financial planning and investment advisory services. Real Estate segment includes interest in Dundee Realty Corp's land and housing business. The Resources segment includes investments in resource sector and the activities are carried out through Dundee Resources Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and Eurogas Corp. The Other Investments segment includes investments in both publicly traded and private companies as well as highly liquid securities such as mutual funds.. The customers of the Group include individuals, financial advisors, institutions, corporations and foundations. |
