The Group operates through its subsidiaries, Goodman & Company; Dundee Securities Corporation; Dundee Private Investors Inc; Dundee Insurance Agency Ltd and Dundee Mortgage Services Inc. Other activities include distribution of variety of investment products and services, institutional sales and trading and research and retail brokerage to individuals and corporations. On 28-Feb-2009, the Group had 33,000 independent financial advisors and 140,6 insurance agents located in 541 branches across Canada.
