| The Group's principal activities are to produce and market fish products. The Group operates through Domstein Pelagic and Domstein Enghav. Domstein Pelagic is engaged in catching and round-freezing of pelagic fish and white fish fillet production. Domstein Enghav is engaged in value added activities which includes production of processed fish products, mainly frozen gratins, pre-fried products and ready meals. The Group has sales offices in Kalvag, Maloy, Selje, Bodo, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland and production facilities in Kalvag, Maloy, Selje, Bodo, Norway and Sweden. The Group acquried Fiskmaster Smogen AB in 2006. |
