The Groups technologies are used in Digital Versatile Disc or DVD, players and personal computer DVD playback software, increasingly in digital televisions, set top boxes, portable media devices and in a wide array of consumer electronic products such as gaming systems and audio/video receivers. It licenses its technologies to manufacturers of consumer electronics products and media software vendors and sells its professional products and related services to entertainment content creators, producers and distributors. On 09-Nov-2007, the Group acquired Coding Technologies. It operates in the United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, Europe, and Other Countries.
