The Group's main activity is to offer marine transportation services to the marine heavy transport market. The Group operates in two segments: Dockwise Heavy Lift (DHL) and Dockwise Yacht Transport (DYT). Heavy Lift focuses on the marine heavy transport and offshore installation. Yacht Transport focuses on the transportation of all types of yachts. In 2007 the Group acquired Ocean Kinematics Inc and Ocean Dynamics LLC.
