The Group intends to elect as a REIT under Section 856 through 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. On 31-Dec-2007, the Group porttfolio consists of 70 properties, excluding one property held as an investment in an unconsolidated joint venture; 58 are located throughout North America and 12 are located in Europe. |
