The Group's principal activity is to own, acquire, reposes and manage technology-related real estate. The Group intends to elect as a REIT under Section 856 through 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. On 31-Dec-2008, the Group portfolios consists of 75 properties, excluding one property held as an investment in an unconsolidated joint venture and are primarily located throughout North America with 13 properties in Europe.
