The Group's principal activity is to provide earth imagery and geospatial information solutions. It operates in two segments: defense and intelligence, and commercial. The Group's products include DigitalGlobe System that offers collection and archival of geospatial information data, QuickBird satellite, which provides commercial resolution imaging systems, ImageAtlas and GlobeXplorer. Its customers include the United States and foreign defense and intelligence agencies and a variety of commercial customers such as Internet portals companies in the energy, telecommunications, utility and agricultural industries and Unites States and foreign civil agencies.
