The Group's principal activity is to provide communication service in India. It operates in four segments: Telecom, Software, Fleetrac and BPO. The Group's telecommunication service provides V-Tel, a global calling card offering travelers the ability to call to and fro from approximately 210 countries. Its FleeTrac segment provides a fleet and vehicle tracking and management service that use global positioning system for tracking, communication, monitoring, and management of vehicle for owners. The Group's business process outsourcing services includes telemarketing, lead generation, and lead qualification services to a host of customers in Bangalore and New Delhi in India, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
