| The Group's principal activity is to undertake real estate business. The Group operates in two segments: Property Development and Other Activities. Under the Property Development, the Group undertakes property investment and development, brokering, managing and renting of buildings. Under the Other Activities, the Group undertakes electrical and mechanical works, brokerage and related services. The local projects of the Group include: Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Business Bay and Downtown Jebel Ali. Its international projects include: Matal Al Qamar, Nacim Baabdet, Solidere Saifi Village 2, Astana and The Gurpinar Villas. The Group mainly operates in the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, the United Kingdom, Cayman Island, Netherlands, the United States and Mauritius. In 2007, the Group acquired Town Tower SAL. |
