| The Group's principal activity is that of a real estate fund manager. It invests in office properties, shopping centres, industrial properties and car parks in Australia, New Zealand and the United States of America. It offers a number of investment vehicles to meet the needs of its clients including separate mandate accounts for direct property investment, listed property trusts, wholesale property trusts and syndicates. It also provides leasing services which include leasing coordination of vacancies in existing buildings and securing pre-commitments for development sites; building services including tenant notice board, contract register, tenant service request system, document library and timberyard; and tenant services available to tenants of the company's property portfolio. |
