The Company's principal activity is that of a Closed Ended Investment Company. The objective of the Company is to generate consistent long-term capital appreciation with low volatility and little correlation with the general equity and bond markets through a portfolio having a diversified risk profile. Investment management services are provided by Dexion Capital (Guernsey) Ltd for a fee of 1.5% per annum of the total assets of the Company.
