The Group's principal activities are to provide consultancy services, network and system infrastructures. Their activities are carried out in the following segments: Consulting which provides its clients with the choice of technology like strategy, organization, business process, independence and proven methodologies. Solutions which involves the design and implementation of solutions which are appropriate to the needs defined by their clients with suitable technology. Operations include administration services and outsourcing. The Group's customers include BNP Paribas, Carrefour, France Telecom, CA-CL, EDF-GDF, Pierre Fabre, Siemens, SFR and Societe Generale. The Group operates in Europe and the Middle East and North Africa. On 12th March, the Group acquired Integra & Secura, 7th October acquired Teligent and 14th Oct 2008 acquired Turing SMI.
