The Group's principal activity is to provide global mail, express delivery and logistics services. The Group's operations are carried through four divisions: The Express division, The Mail division, The Global Forwarding/Freight division and The Supply Chain/CIS. The Express division provides parcel delivery services, express delivery services and cross-border mail transport. The Mail division transports and delivers letters. The Global Forwarding/Freight division includes transportation of goods by rail, road, air & sea. Supply Chain/CIS division provides warehousing and ground based transport services and specialises in logistics contracts. In 2008, The Group discontinued its financial services division.
