Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activities are to provide and offer a range of customized printed products and services to small businesses, financial institutions and consumers. It operates in three business segments namely, Small Business Services, which sells business checks, printed forms, promotional products, marketing materials and related services and products; Financial Services, which sells personal and business checks, check-related products and services, stored value gift cards and customer loyalty, retention and fraud monitoring/protection services; and Direct Checks, which sells personal and business checks and related products and services directly to consumers through direct response marketing and the internet. The Group occupies 33 facilities throughout the United States and 3 facilities in Canada to conduct its printing and fulfillment, call center and administrative functions. |
