The Group's principal activities are to manufacture narrow woven fabrics, woven labels, printed labels and printed elastic tapes, real estate development and consultancy services and leasing out the properties acquired. It also leases commercial office space in Mumbai on leave and license basis to corporate tenants. It operates in five segments: Textile, Real Estate, Leave Rent, Gaming & hospitality and Others. The manufacturing plant is located at Nasik.
