| The Group's principal activities are the provision of high quality IMR (Inspection, Maintenance & Repair), construction support and subsea intervention services. The Group also provides subsea trenching and cable laying services. The Group operates in three segments: Subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR), Survey and Construction Support and Trenching and Subsea Cable Installation. The IMR segment mainly deals with change-out of subsea components on subsea modules for oil and gas production and maintenance of existing structures. The Survey and Construction support segment is based on delivering detailed seabed soil and bathymetry data to oil and construction companies. Trenching and Subsea Cable Installation comprises cable installation and trenching services. The Group mainly operates in Europe and Mexico. |
