Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is manufacturing of decorating products. The Group produces over 4,000 products including floor finishing articles (skirting boards along with accessories, isolation panels under floor panels, threshold strips), window decoration articles (metal, wooden and wooden-metal curtain rods, roller blinds), articles for finishing and decorating ceilings and walls (pelmets, ceiling panels, rosettes, wall isolations), bathroom finishing articles. The Group operates in Poland. The Group also exports to over 30 countries in Europe, including Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and the Czech Republic. These sales made up almost 73% of sales income in 2008. The Group acquired Decora East (Belarus), Decora Ukraine (Ukraine), Decora Bulgaria (Bulgaria) and Decora RU (Russia) in 2008. |
