It operates in six segments: Teva Wholesale, UGG Wholesale, Simple Wholesale, eCommerce, TSUBO wholesale and Retail stores. Teva includes outdoor performance and lifestyle brand and pioneer of the sport sandal market. UGG includes luxury comfort brand and the category creator for luxury sheepskin footwear. The Simple Wholesale segment provides sustainable footwear and accessories. TSUBO includes high-end casual footwear company with products for men and women. eCommerce includes GGAustralia.com, Teva.com, SimpleShoes.com and TSUBO.com websites. Retail store business includes direct reach to customers and meets the growing demand of products. The Group operates only in the United States. On May 2008, the Group acquired TSUBO LLC.
