| The Group's principal activity is to provide on-demand software and data solutions for the automotive retail industry in the United States. It utilizes the Internet to link automotive dealers with banks, finance companies, credit unions and other financing sources and other service and information providers. The credit application processing product enables dealers to automate and accelerate the indirect automotive financing process by increasing the speed of communications between these dealers and their financing sources. On 06-Feb-2006, the Group acquired Wired Logic Inc and on 01-Aug-2006, it acquired substantially all of the assets and certain liabilities of DealerWare L.L.C. On 31-Dec-2006 it consisted of over 22,000 automotive dealers and 300 financing sources. It operates only in United States. |
