The Group's principal activity is to provide on-demand software and data solutions for the automotive retail industry in the United States. It utilizes the Internet to link automotive dealers with banks, finance companies, credit unions and other financing sources and other service and information providers. The credit application processing product enables dealers to automate and accelerate the indirect automotive financing process by increasing the speed of communications between these dealers and their financing sources. On 31-Dec-2008 it consisted of over 19,000 automotive dealers and 730 financing sources. It operates only in United States.
