The Group's operations are organised in four divisions, Westcon, Logicalis, Westcon Emerging Markets and Consulting services. Westcon distributes networking and communications products. Logicalis provides professional services and Information technology (IT) network integration. Westcon Emerging Markets distributes business interests in Africa, the Middle East and Indiastrategic and technical telecommunications. Consulting services provides technical telecommunications IT consultancy. The Group's other holdings includes distribution and service orientated interests in South Africa and the Middle East.
