Darco Water Technologies Limited is a Singapore-based company. The principal activities of the Company are those of investment holding and acting as corporate manager and adviser and administrative centre to support businesses of the Company’s subsidiaries. The Company operates in three operating divisions: Engineered Water Systems (EW Systems), Water Management Services (WM Services) and trading. The EW Systems segment designs, fabricates, assembles, installs and commission engineered water systems for industrial applications. The WM Services segment services and maintains product water and wastewater systems. The trading segment trades and supplies chemicals, electrical controls and related instruments used in water treatment systems. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Darco Engineering Pte. Ltd., Darco Environmental Pte. Ltd, Darco Water Systems Sdn Bhd and PV Vacuum Engineering Pte Ltd.
