Danske Invest Nye Markeder (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. It is engaged in making specialty investments in the equities of companies listed from new markets worldwide, primarily from Brazil, India, China, Mexico and South Korea. As of July 31, 2009, Danske Invest Nye Markeder principally invested in the sectors of finance, energy, information technology (IT), cyclical goods and consumer goods, and the Fund’s main shareholdings comprised China Mobile, Petrochina Company, Vale SA, Samsung Electronics and Petrobras. Danske Invest Nye Markeder is a division of Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, a Denmark-based investment organization.
