The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and construction of steel frame prefabricated houses. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Housing; Commercial construction; Home centres; Resort and sport facilities and Others. The Housing division deals with construction of houses and apartments, sale of apartments and land, management and leasing of apartments and real estate brokerage. The Commercial construction division deals with construction and leasing of distribution centres, offices, shops and factories, sale of land, leasing and management of offices and shops. The Home centres division is involved in home centres operations. The Resort division includes operation of golf courses and hotels. The Others division is involved in distribution business, manufacture and sale of construction materials.
