| The Group's principal activities are the manufacture and construction of steel frame prefabricated houses. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Residential; Commercial; Home centres; Resort and Other. The Residential division deals with construction of houses and apartments, sale of apartments and land, management and leasing of apartments and real estate brokerage. The Commercial division deals with construction and leasing of distribution centres, offices, shops and factories, sale of land, leasing and management of offices and shops. The Home centres division is involved in home centres operations. The Resort division includes operation of golf courses and hotels. The Other division is involved in distribution business, manufacture and sale of construction materials. |
