The Company’s subsidiaries include Dominant Opto Technologies Sdn Bhd, 63.46% -owned subsidiary operating in the light-emitting diode (LED) component; Omega Semiconductor Sdn Bhd, a 100%-owned subsidiary operating in contract manufacturing, and Tongfang Optoelectronic (HK) Limited, 25%-owned associate subsidiary operating in module. On March 24, 2011, D & O Green Technologies Berhad (D&O) acquired the remaining 49% interest in Omega Photonics Packaging Sdn Bhd (OPP). On October 15, 2012, the Company incorporated Dominant Opto Technologies North America Inc.
