The Group's principal activity is manufacturing of various types of paints, such as decorative, industrial, furniture, automotive and marine paints; printing inks; varnishes and resins; ready-mixed colored coatings for building facades; cellulose thinners, and adhesives. The Group also produces its own emulsified binders. The Group primarily serves the construction, furnishing and metal painting sectors. It operates two production plants in Izmir and Istanbul. The products of the Group are marketed internationally through another Yasar Holding company, Yasar Dis Ticaret A.S. Its subsidiaries, ZAO Kemipex JSC and DYO Balkan SRL, carry out the Group's marketing and distribution operations in Russia and Romania, respectively. It is a part of the Yasar Holding.
