The Group is in the process of developing milnacipran for the treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS). Milnacipran is approved for the treatment of depression in 32 countries, including Japan. Milnacipran has not been approved in the United States for any indication and the Group is the first company conducting clinical trials of milnacipran in the United States for FMS.
